[LDM #RQD-888533]: pqact errors after upgrade to 6.13.0

Dave,

It appears that the log files for the metar2nc(1) and syn2nc(1) decoders follow 
the pattern ~/logs/<progname>.<YYYYMMDD>.asc, where <progname> is "metar2nc" or 
"syn2nc" and <YYYYMMDD>
is the date.

Is there anything in the log files for LDM version 6.13.1.3?
