[LDM #RMD-957295]: Adding additional supported BAUD rates to pqing

Hi Bill,

Clone the LDM GitHub repository <https://www.github.com/Unidata/ldm>, make the 
changes, and make a pull request.

Either that, or send me the modified files. :-)
