[LDM #ZII-677655]: 6.12/9 build oddities

Gerry,

The "config.log" file contained this:

configure:16606: checking LDMHOME
configure:16613: result: /home

Apparently, you had the environment variable LDMHOME set to "/home" when you 
executed the configure(1) script.
