[LDM #SRG-180872]: LDM pact error: Deleting failed EXEC entry

Then the pqact(1) process has given you all the information it has: the given 
program was executed due to an EXEC entry and terminated with the given exit 
status.

If the program used a log file, then, hopefully, you could look at that for the 
reason for terminating.
