Frank, I was afraid of that. Please send me the output from the following commands, executed by the LDM user: uname -a cd ls -l bin/hupsyslog ls -l var/logs/ldmd.log ps -ef | grep syslog fgrep local0 /etc/*syslog*.conf > Actually, logging isn't happening. ldmd.log is empty, but created.
