That filename should match the REQUEST ERE. Run a notifyme(1) and use the script manually to insert something. Does it? What is the current working directory of the process that executes the script? Does the insertion process have write permission for the product-queue? Are there any entries in the LDM log file from the pqinsert(1) processes? If so, do they indicate a problem?
