[LDM #DLI-905086]: Can't get logging to work with LDm 6.11.6 on VM's

An exit code of 127 is usually due to the OS not being able to find the program 
in question. This is likely because the registry parameter 
"/pqact/datadir-path" is set to "$HOME/data" or "$HOME/var/data" rather than 
just "$HOME". The solution is to either set the parameter to the home-directory 
of the LDM user or remove "decoders/" from the pathnames of the programs in the 
pqact(1) configuration-files *and* ensure that "$HOME/decoders" is in the PATH 
environment variable of the LDM user.
