Sue, > One thing that could work would be able to set our own unique feedtype. > > Is there a way to lift the restrictions on setting the feed type? What restrictions? The ingesters that we run do set the feedtype of data-products -- but they're set to what they should be. The pqinsert(1) utility can be told what feedtype to use. How are you inserting your data-products into the product-queue? Also, setting the feedtype of a data-product won't prevent it from being redistributed by a downstream site that has an "ALLOW ANY ..." entry in its LDM configuration-file. > Sue Regards, Steve Emmerson Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: FMC-646487 Department: Support LDM Priority: Normal Status: On Hold
