[NOAAPORT #BHX-452315]: LDM weirdness

All that has to be done is:

<as 'ldm' on the new machine>
-- edit the ~ldm/etc/registry.xml file and

change:

<hostname>climate.cod.edu</hostname>

to:

<hostname>climatenew.cod.edu</hostname>

- then restart the LDM using:

ldmadmin restart

Evidently, the LDM is running on the new machine; it is connected
to the Internet; and it is reporting real-time stats.

It would be good to remove the duplicate reporting so that the
time record for rtstats view of data received on the operational
climate.cod.edu accurately reflects the data that is, in fact,
being received.
