Good. What do the fields > mean? I see "TS_ZERO TS_ENDT {{ANY, ".*"}}" in the output. Those line > up with the output line fields? What's the number after the feedtype? From the command "man pqcat": -v Verbose logging. A line is emitted for every product in the queue whose feed type and identifier match the specified feed‐ type and pattern. The emitted line contains the UTC date and time, the program name, the product ingest time, feedtype, se‐ quence number, size in bytes, and the product identifier. > Downstream says > > Oct 31 21:20:13 pqact[7838] INFO: 79412 20121031211747.408 EXP > 000 pspt/20121031.2103.HW.K.P.jpg > Oct 31 21:20:13 pqact[7838] INFO: file: -overwrite -flush > -close -log /home/ldm/data/pspt/20121031.2103.HW.K.P.jpg > Oct 31 21:20:14 pqact[7838] INFO: Deleting closed FILE entry > "/home/ldm/data/pspt/20121031.2103.HW.K.P.jpg" [filel.c:292] > Oct 31 21:20:14 pqact[7838] NOTE: Filed in > "/home/ldm/data/pspt/20121031.2103.HW.K.P.jpg": 79412 > 20121031211747.408 EXP 000 pspt/20121031.2103.HW.K.P.jpg > Oct 31 21:20:14 pqact[7838] INFO: exec: > /home/ldm/bin/logit.sh pspt/20121031.2103.HW.K.P.jpg > > The product was received, Filed away, and our logging script was run. > What does the line about "Deleting closed FILE..." mean? pqact(1) keeps track of every unique PIPE command that it executes (so that it can pipe another data-product if appropriate). If the command uses the "-close" option, then the entry for that command is deleted because the pipe will have been closed. > -- > ==Leonard E.
