From the command "man pqcat":

       -v     Verbose  logging.   A  line  is emitted for every product in the
              queue whose feed type and identifier match the  specified  feed‐
              type  and  pattern.   The emitted line contains the UTC date and
              time, the program name, the product ingest time,  feedtype,  se‐
              quence number, size in bytes, and the product identifier.

pqact(1) keeps track of every unique PIPE command that it executes (so that it 
can pipe another data-product if appropriate). If the command uses the "-close" 
option, then the entry for that command is deleted because the pipe will have 
been closed.
