[LDM #CDM-566167]: Problem with 6.10.1 upgrade

You're running into the file-size limit for 32-bit systems. You might have been 
able to create a larger queue before, but after the upgrade the LDM 
installation believes that there's a 32-bit limit. The output from the 
configure(1) script (file "configure.log") should confirm this.
