[LDM #TBE-394001]: pqinsert producing pq_del_oldest(): MVRT product

That message is logged only if the virtual residence time (VRT) of the 
data-product being deleted is less than the minimum VRT seen so far -- so the 
frequency of the messages should taper-off.
