[LDM #TMA-441215]: Beta test 6.9?

I wish I knew what was happening to create such a large negative minimum 
virtual residence time. I've looked at the code and the only thing I can see 
that would do that would be for a data-product to arrive that has a 
creation-time that's far in the future.

I've added some code that should prevent this from happening again. It hasn't 
been released yet.
