Because the LDM system depends on an accurate system clock, however, you should try to find some network time protocol (NTP) servers that you can access and put their names in the "@time_servers" variable in the ldmadmin(1) configuration-file. In order to diagnose the problem, would you please do the following: 1) make sure that the LDM isn't running (ps -ef | grep ldm); 2) execute the command "ldmadmin clean"; 3) execute the command "ldmadmin start" and send us any output; 4) execute the command "ldmadmin stop"; 5) send us the LDM log file (typically $HOME/logs/ldmd.log).
