[LDM #DDH-573470]: rsyslog config for ldm?

One doesn't have to do anything special to use rsyslog under Fedora,
but, then again, that is the default.

Question:

- did you have to load rsyslog on your friend's Ubuntu system?

  I seem to recall that Ubuntu used syslog-ng.
