[LDM #EEP-198905]: [Fwd: Re: Connection To Rainbow Failing]

There's the problem: the LDM program, bin/rpc.ldmd, isn't owned by root or 
setuid.

Do the following:

1. Go to the directory "~ldm/ldm-6.8.1/src"

2. As root, execute the command "make install_setuids"
