Yes, and this also verifies the pattern you are using in your pqact.conf
entries.

Here are a couple of things to check:
- make sure that the user running the LDM (typically 'ldm') can write to the
directory you are trying to write to:
/home/colin/radar/level_II
- I noticed that there are two spaces at the end of your first uncommented
NEXRD2
action. Try deleting the spaces to see if that makes any difference.
(Remember
that after you modify pqact.conf entries, you can tell the LDM to reread the
actions
using:
<as 'ldm'>
ldmadmin pqactcheck
ldmadmin pqactHUP
Please let us know the results of this test.
