[LDM #UAK-912261]: data flow problems

Would you please send me an LDM product-identifier that
exemplifies the data that Dontpanic wasn't receiving from
Pluto.

I've diagnosed the discrepancy between an "ldmadmin watch"
and a notifyme(1) on Pluto.  There isn't a problem: the
notifyme(1) process times-out after 5 minutes, disconnects,
and then reconnects asking for data that were created on
or after the current time.  The missing data-products turn
out to have been created before that "from" time even
though they were delivered later.

The "-T totalTimeout" option of notifyme(1) can be used to
mitigate this behavior, somewhat.
