[Support #TXN-293177]: LDM 6.6.5: make failure on Intel Mac (OS X 10.5)

Dave,

I modified the product-queue module, rebuilt the LDM, and reinstalled
it.  It should now print a diagnostic error-message if it fails in
the same spot as it did before.

I had to restart the LDM, of course.
