[LDM #XGK-778495]: Pull LDM data from specific sites

Correct.

That's correct.  You could have one ALLOW entry per downsteam
site or one entry for all downstream sites (assuming you could
contrive an extended regular-expression that would match all
downstream sites).

In any case and assuming the downstream sites will only request the
proper data, your ALLOW entries need only have three fields:

ALLOW NEXRAD2 downstream.site.pattern
