Imagine how I feel... I was the one who created the bug.

In fairness, though, I "fixed" the time-assignment algorithm because
it was misbehaving in certain situations --- so I basically traded
a less visible bug for a slightly more visible one.  :-)

The "pqact" programs in LDM versions 6.6.0 through 6.6.3 have buggy
time-assignment algorithm due to *my* "fix".  All versions of the
program prior to version 6.6.0 have the earlier bug.
