The IP address 193.137.81.78 cannot be converted into a fully-qualified
hostname on either idd.unidata.ucar.edu or idd.cise-nsf.gov. Consequently, an
incoming LDM connection from that IP address will be disallowed by the LDM --
resulting in a "reconnection reset by peer" message on 193.137.81.78. Recall
that an ALLOW entry in the LDM configuration-file specifies hosts as hostname
patterns. Although it is possible to specify allowed hosts as IP patterns, a
better solution would be to fix the problem in converting that IP address to a
hostname.
Is there a network administrator there with whom you could talk?

I must attend something else at this time. I'll investigate your CONDUIT
problem when I return in a few hours.
