[LDM #RCK-299610]: can't run LDM

The $ip_addr variable in the file ldmadmin-pl.conf specifies on what interface 
the LDM server should listen: it doesn't specify what interface to use to 
communicate with other LDM-s.  As far as I know, there is no mechanism for 
doing that.
