[LDM #AET-991057]: LDM 6.4.4: upstream connection closed for unknown reason

My mistake.  I forgot that changes to the RPC library are not automatically 
included in a new release.  Consequently, the RPC library in the version of the 
LDM that you installed doesn't do any logging.

I made a new release with the modified RPC library.  It's available at

    ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/ldm/beta/ldm-6.4.6.1.tar.Z

Please install and use it.  You will *not* have to send a USR2 signal to *any* 
process.
