Please see my comments below. >Thanks. Right? You would be correct _if_ you were upgrading from LDM v6.2.x to LDM 6.3. One of the differences between LDM 6.0.15 and more recent versions is the separation of LDM configuration information into the file 'ldmadmin-pl.conf', a file that will get installed in your ~ldm/etc directory. After installing a recent version of the LDM -- hopefully the latest version which is currently v6.3.0 -- you will need to edit ~ldm/etc/ldmadmin-pl.conf and set values in it in the same way that you possibly did in ~ldm/bin/ldmadmin for v6.0.15. I say possibly since it may be the case that you made no changes to your v6.0.15 ldmadmin script. If you made no changes in it, you will not need to make changes in the new ~ldm/etc/ldmadmin-pl.conf file. Secondly, please change the runtime link: <as 'ldm'> cd ~ldm ldmadmin stop rm runtime ln -s ldm-6.0.15 runtime -- or -- ln -s ldm-6.3.0 runtime <- if you upgrade to LDM v6.3.0 ldmadmin start The main reason for this change has to do with statistics reporting. Thanks for your consideration in this. I just upgraded our LDM server from 6.2.0 to 6.3.0 and it was fairly quick. My plan is to now upgrade the clients (most of them are running 6.0.15). I like the ldmadmin-pl.conf :) v/r angelo Angelo Alvarez System Administrator NAVPACMETOCCEN/JTWC https://www.npmoc.navy.mil email: address@hidden phone: 808.471.3645
