I just don't understand what is going on. We're not sure, either. One possibility for the freeze-up could be the increased load put on a system by the LDM 6. Because the products arrive more quickly, the CPU does more processing in a given time. This can raise the temperature of the CPU. If the fans aren't working correctly, this might cause the CPU to shut-down without any warning whatsoever. This might sound farfetched, but we've actually seen the temperature increase here (but without a shutdown). > Anyways, if you think reinstalling the OS will help i will be happy to > do that tonight. Thanks. Let's play with your configuration a little more before trying that. > Adam Regards, Steve Emmerson
