20030610: LDM under hpux

Brian,

Via judicious editing, I managed to get LDM 6.0.13 to build on
140.90.176.89.  The changes will be rolled into the package.

In order to complete the installation so that the LDM system can be
testted, would you please do the following:

    1.  Become root.

    2.  Execute the command "make install_setuids" in the
        directory "/opt/ldm/ldm-6.0.13/src".

    3.  Edit the file "/etc/syslog.conf":

        a.  Change the line

                *.info;mail.none        /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log

            to

                *.info;mail.none;local0.none        /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log

        b.  Add the line

                local0.debug    /opt/ldm/logs/ldmd.log

        Note that the separator should be one or more tabs and not
        spaces.

Tell me when you're done.
