I know they recently came out with a big bugfix for this. I suspect RedHat
will have it soon.
As for 8.0...well...so far, outside of the GCC glitches, it's fine. The
new X windows display, whatever they call it, is nice, but not
revolutionary. I dunno. I was much more impressed with 7.3, but then
again, there was a lot of great stuff (bugfixes by the bucketful and some
neat new things) with that, so topping 7.3 was going to be tough.
