request for assistance with Packeteer

Hi Mike,

I'm sorry to bother you.  However, we do have another site whose data
reception was broken by Packeteer.  I would very much like to talk with
your Telecom people about how they fixed the misconfiguration.  Would
you please put me in contact with them?
