motherlode and shemp feeds

Hello all, 

We have replaced motherlode with thelma as our relay machine.
Motherlode will be used solely for acting and filing of data.

Oor logs indicate that you are still feeding from motherlode, at least to
some extent. Please change your requests from motherlode to:

thelma.ucar.edu
192.52.106.21

If you have any questions please let is know.

Also..UIUC, we still see you feeding from shemp as well, that will need
changing to thelma also.
