It does not understand FNEXRAD.  You should use NMC3 instead.
One quick way of verifying if your version of the LDM supports the FNEXRAD
mnemonic is to use notifyme:

notifyme -vxl- -f FNEXRAD

If notifyme works, the LDM will also.
