Hi Mike,

There are two things I would like you to check on your end.  First,
please check the date on your machine.  Are you running ntp?  It's
important for sites to have the correct time, or at least be close, for
things to work correctly.

Next, please stop your ldm, then delete and remake your product queue,
then restart the ldm.  In the past xdr_prod_info failures have been
associated with corrupt queues.
