Robert,

We are continuing to investigate the glitch that shut down the SSEC SDI
boxes that power the IDD a week ago Saturday.

Is there any chance you can provide us with some technical information on
your (Universal Weather's) SDI box?  What we are looking for is:

o OS patch level
o machine type: make, disk, ram, etc.
