Viewing NEXRAD

Hi Larry,

I decided to ask Steve Chiswell, as I was returning his document
anyway.  The NEXRAD data does not need to be decoded to be viewed in
either GEMPAK or MCIDAS.  It's already in a raster format and is ready
to be displayed.  FYI.
