These entries appear fine, except that for propriety reasons the NLDN
data must be requested directly from SUNY.  You'll have to contact them
and ask them for a feed - we can't set that up for you.  You can take
out the request to uni0 - that's just an example.  Generally there's no
need to request the same feed from two sites, but I see you have the
"request UNIDATA ".*" cirp.met.utah.edu" commented out, so that's ok.

You *do* need to stop and restart the LDM to have it pick up changes to
ldmd.conf

(Note: you *don't* need to stop and restart the LDM for changes to
pqact.conf.  For those changes you need only do "ldmadmin pqactHUP",
then do "ldmadmin tail" to see a line in the log ensuring that the conf
file was reread.

Are cirp and pluto feeding from you?  (I missed the beginning of this.) 
I assume not since you are using them as feeds.  If you are a 'leaf'
node, you don't need any 'allows'.  The 'execs' look fine.
