I still can't connect, the syntax of host.allow entry should be something
like the telnetd line below:

in.rexecd:      128.117.140.
in.rlogind:     128.117.140.
in.rshd:        128.117.140.
in.telnetd:     128.117.140.8 128.117.140.62
in.tftpd:       128.117.140.

Some systems don't have the prefix in.
