19990201: Time server

Tony-

We need to set your LDM machine up to use a time server to set the
system clock.  I talked to our system admin about this and he said for
you to check with your computer people to see if they have a
local time server on campus.  Can you check on this and if they
have one, get the IP address and hostname.  If not, ask who they are
using for a time server and would they want to set up a server on
campus instead of having you go out to the same remote server.
