[IDV #CQK-544939]: Write out netcdf?

I would say it is possible to write a Jython formula to modify individual cells 
and export them to a NetCDF file. But, if you want to do it interactively in a 
user interface you need to do some feature development in the IDV first. I can
provide some help if needed.
