[IDV #UGF-631727]: request assisting how to generate plots for stream flow variables from IDV

Yes you need to install a plugin under Tools > Plugin Manager and select the 
plugin
under Data Sources > WRF Hydro Model Output.

Restart the IDV and you will see the new data source type: WRF Hydro files.
