If there are 3D temperature and relative humidity in your model output, you 
should
be able to get the derived field of Sounding Data and create skew t display. 

Sometimes the naming of your model output may not follow the standard way, but 
you 
can right-click the variable and add it to the alias table, after that, you 
need to
reload the data and you should get the derived field as expected.
