[IDV #AKY-319575]: problem loading bundles pointing to thredds.ucar.edu

I am guessing there are two mapping happening, one from http to https by your  
urlmaps, and the other
is by the tds server.

the support form error is easy to fix, I will change the IDV source to https, 
and also let
Jen to do the mapping.
