Hi Dan, Can you give us more information on what error message you see and what is your operating system? (A screenshot or even movie capture of the error could be useful.) I can see from a previous support inquiry you sent in December that you were successfully running the IDV 5.3 (the latest stable version) on Windows 7. What has changed?
