Dzengiz, I assume you are not running the IDV via Webstart, but running the regular installation of the IDV. You should not be concerned with what version of Java you are running since the IDV is bundled with its own version of Java. If your Java installation is causing problems for the IDV, you may consider uninstalling it. Please keep us up-to-date on your progress.
