As I know, there is no adde server available for the international user for archived dataset. But, you can download the area file from the NOAA Class Server (http://www.class.ncdc.noaa.gov/), these area files doesn't have calibration information associated with it, so you can only view the raw image in the IDV (without calibration unit).
