Andy, This is a problem that we have known about that manifests itself on *some* DHCP networks. We have a fix in the IDV nightly builds http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/idv/nightly/index.jsp Moreover, we will be doing a release shortly that will also fix this problem.
