In the EGU, I built two bundles for the local weather with time matching and
spatial subset and I didn't have any problem. Is the dataset available for us
to test? Can you describe what you want to save in the bundle? I will try it
locally.

I hardly use the favorite display, and we may miss something here. If so, it
can be a bug for me to fix.

If there is no favorite display in your setting, I believe the spatial subset
should be working, and I have several test cases.

Each view window have its own manager and its time driver, this is the design.
