[IDV #NOC-145431]: Problems with hill shade products

Jim,
    I think the url need to be updated. The 
http://toposervices.cr.usgs.gov/wmsconnector is being replaced by 
http://webservices.nationalatlas.gov/wms. Julien and I will do some research to 
find the best replacement.
