[IDV #RCF-221222]: attempting to display WMS map from remote server fails

Ben,
    I added the services=WMS in the idv when generating the getMap url. If you 
install the nightly release tomorrow, you can copy the above getCapabilities 
url in the IDV catalog chooser, and you can create the display from the catalog 
list without any problem.

    By the way, services=WMS is not required in the 1.1.1 and 1.3.0 spec. of 
the OGC standard.
