Hi Taha,
      There are several mdv radar data types (radial, grid, etc.). First, you 
need to make sure you know which one you are using, and then you can ask some 
one from RAL to see if there is a plugin available. For certain mdv radar data, 
there is a plugin available from RAL. RAL also has the tool to convert the mdv 
to nc.
