[IDV #PCI-730699]: can this netcdf data be read by IDV?

Dr. Lynnes,
     Didn't hear back from you and wonder if you still interesting in finding 
the solution. I use the ncml to modify this dataset and can load it to the IDV, 
see the attached. It can be your reference. The main problem is missing the 
time coordinate variable.
